Sometimes circumstances and priorities change. Sometimes a hire just doesn’t work out as hoped. Not every law firm associate will make partner and not every partner will stay forever. Corporate legal departments reorganize and downsize.

Instead, you set a budget and timeframe. We also offer flexible billing options, including monthly invoicing, with payment by ACH / direct deposit or credit card. We charge by the hour (in .25 hr increments). Our services are fully remote so that we can work with your lawyers anywhere in the country, or the world. Our T&C apply, including rescheduling and cancellation policies.
